Your First Visit to Our Gregory and Winner Practice

The reception room at our Winner office.

New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Make Yourself at Home

You’ll find plenty of convenient parking and a well-lit parking lot. You’ll be greeted by name when you enter our office and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities.

First things first, we need to get some information. We have some very important paperwork that gives us information about you and what is wrong. Just fill it out to the best of your abilities; there are no wrong answers. If you don't know what to answer, just ask the staff or write "ask me" and we will cover it in the consultation. We explain everything first.

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem. If x-rays or other diagnostic testing is needed, you and the doctor will discuss this before proceeding.

Also any insurance that you have will be verified and you will be notified of those benefits. Please remember that those benefits are what the insurance company (usually a computer) has told us; we encourage you to call the number on the card and also verify them yourselves.

Depending on each individual patient, treatment may or may not start at the first visit. Sometimes we need to get other information on your condition before we can treat you safely.  We need to know what we are doing and why we are doing it to get the most effective care.

A typical first visit may take up to an hour and a half depending on the complexity of the case. We do our best to accommodate busy schedules.

We Explain Everything First

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

Dr. David and Dr. Jerry Asks some important questions of interest to Gregory and Winner residents - Chiropractor Gregory and Winner Dr. David and Dr. Jerry Asks...

Can chiropractic cure a child's ear infections?
Chiropractic isn't a cure for anything. Nor is it a treatment for ear infections. However, many children who suffer with ear infections also suffer from spinal problems in their neck, compromising nerves to the ear, depressing the immune system and preventing proper drainage. Can chiropractic help? Find out!
Why do so many drugs require a prescription?
Because they can be dangerous? I chose a chiropractic career specifically because it avoids artificial means of pain relief. Our Gregory and Winner chiropractic practice attracts health-conscious families that prefer a safe and natural solution. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
